At Melza Tekstil, we value the privacy and security of your personal data. This Privacy Agreement explains how your data is collected, processed and protected when you visit our website (melza.com.tr) or use our contact form.

Your personal data is processed by Melza Tekstil as the data controller in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (incl. Turkey's KVKK Law No. 6698).
2. Data We Collect
Through the contact form we collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and message content. We may also process technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies to improve the use of the site.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to respond to your requests and questions, provide information about our products and services, manage business relationships and fulfil our legal obligations. Optional Meta advertising measurement is described below.
4. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with our service providers, business partners and authorised public authorities, solely for the purposes stated above and in compliance with applicable law. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Meta advertising measurement and cookie preferences
Meta advertising measurement. With your permission, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product group views, the start and valid completion of the swatch request form, and clicks to open WhatsApp. Along with these events, your browser may send the page address, browser and device information, IP address, and any applicable cookie or ad click identifiers to Meta. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement and personalisation and may process it outside Türkiye. Details you enter in the swatch form and the WhatsApp message text are excluded from Pixel events.
Meta Pixel can use first-party cookies on the website domain for advertising measurement. _fbp helps identify the browser. _fbc stores a Meta ad click identifier when one is available. Meta Pixel defaults to a 90-day lifetime for these cookies. Your browser settings may shorten it.
Meta advertising measurement starts after you allow it in the cookie panel. Your Meta choice is recorded in this browser’s local storage and is valid for 180 days. You can change your choice or withdraw permission using “Meta cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining leaves the swatch request form and WhatsApp link available.
